- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One star for customer service relations. I was actually hung up on questioning why an appointment I made was changed without my authorization. The nurses there are excellent but the secretary I dealt with, I believe her name was Annie, was a massive disappointment. I'm surprised that someone with such a lack of people skills is employed in such an affluent community. I would suggest retraining to aid in customer retention. Disheartening to experience at a Pediatric office.January 07, 2017by tom
